The team

Jonathan leads development, construction, and field operations at Stellar. He is an investor and an operator, and he works a project from the first walkthrough to the final punch list: finding and evaluating acquisitions, setting scope and budget, running the renovation, and getting the property ready to perform.

Over the past several years he has built a portfolio of roughly 40 properties. That volume taught him what actually determines whether a project works: reading a property correctly before you buy it, keeping costs in line once crews are on site, sequencing the work so units come back online quickly, and holding a standard of workmanship that protects the asset instead of just closing out a job.

He looks at construction the way an owner does, which shapes how he selects subcontractors, writes scopes, and decides where to spend and where to hold back. His background in education shows up in how he works with people — an owner reviewing a budget, a resident with a maintenance issue, or a crew on site.

He oversees the company's growth and daily leadership at Stellar Management Services.

Andrea serves as Property Manager for Stellar Management Services, where she runs finance, operations, and business strategy for the company. She also owns and operates rental property in Montgomery, is active in private real estate lending, and builds the systems the business runs on.

She is responsible for the financial and operational side of the business: owner and investor reporting, banking and accounting, property management technology, vendor and contract administration, entity structuring, and compliance. Her work covers the full cycle of owning property, from underwriting and capital structure to budgets, lease-up, and daily operations across the Montgomery and Prattville markets. Her lending work gives owners a manager who reads every property the way a lender would, not only an operator.

Andrea is also a partner and Developer and Director of Operations at Capital City Development Group, a Montgomery infill developer building attainable homes on vacant and underused lots. She is also President of Bridgepoint Advisory Group, a consulting firm that helps owners and organizations build their financial and operational systems. The same discipline runs through all three: documented processes, honest reserve planning, reporting an owner can actually read, and controls that hold as a portfolio grows.

Before real estate, Andrea spent more than a decade in senior finance and operations roles in New York. As Director of Finance and Administration at Lineage Project in Brooklyn for nearly eight years, she built multi-year operating budgets against government and foundation funding requirements, wrote the organization's fiscal policy and procedures manual, and oversaw human resources, payroll, and benefits. As Operations Manager at Clinical Directors Network, she managed operating budgets of more than $10 million and supported grant work that secured $5 million in federal research funding. She holds a degree from Barnard College, Columbia University.

Isaac brings a wealth of experience from the construction industry. With a track record of managing high-profile projects such as the JFK Airport Terminal renovations and coordinating significant undertakings at the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge, Isaac is uniquely equipped to handle the company's operational needs.

His expertise in project management, material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and adherence to safety standards will be invaluable in overseeing maintenance requests and on-site renovation projects.

Isaac's exceptional communication skills, honed through his collaboration with field and office personnel, promise to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of property management operations, contributing to the company's overall success and client satisfaction.

Marcia brings a results-driven approach to her role as a Real Estate Agent, combining a strong foundation in client relations, collections, and vendor management with a passion for helping clients navigate real estate decisions confidently.

With prior experience in the medical field handling complex authorizations and insurance coordination, she is highly skilled in managing detailed transactions and communicating clearly under pressure.

Her background in data management and CRM systems makes her an asset when coordinating with buyers, sellers, and property investors. Marcia is known for her organization, follow-through, and client-first mindset—qualities that ensure every transaction is handled with professionalism and care.
